The Greater Lawrence Sanitary District (GLSD) is a municipal wastewater treatment facility rated to manage over 50 million gallons per day located in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Wastewater Operator

Salary Range: Operator $26.13 – $38.21/hr.

Candidates shall possess a Grade 4 (or higher) Massachusetts Municipal Wastewater Operator License. The chosen candidate will participate in the daily operations and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Facility. This position has five different shifts which will be discussed during the interview process.

Starting salary commensurate with experience and wastewater operator licensure.

Operator Trainee

Salary $24.12/hr. – $25.13/hr.

Training provided. Must be able to acquire Grade 4 (or higher) Massachusetts Municipal Wastewater License.

Mechanic Millwright

Salary Range: $27.65/hr.-$36.38/hr.

This is a first shift position, M-F 7 a.m.-3 p.m.  Candidate shall be mechanically inclined and have experience with the repair of industrial equipment.  Experience with pumps and compressors is a plus.  Starting salary commensurate with experience.
